Summary of the proposed signage: Erect a 96” x 56” non-illuminated directional sign at 2nd Avenue and Amsterdam and a non-illuminated 100” x 171” wall sign on the south elevation. 

Summary of the waiver request and the extent to the sign does not meet the regulation: Waivers are requested from Sec. 4-4-39 to permit a monument sign 25.3 sq ft larger than the 12 sq ft permitted and from 4-4-45(d) to permit a wall sign 8 ft higher than the 40’ permitted.
