Requesting a Council Meeting Videotape

A Video Duplication Request Form must be completed for each meeting date requested. The  Form can be obtained from Suite 216 of the Coleman A. Young Municipal Center or downloaded at the link below.

There is a $25.00 fee for each meeting that is duplicated on DVD-R or VHS videotape. The $25.00 fee is due upon submission of the request form and must be paid by either Cashier's Check or Money Order, payable to the "City of Detroit". You will be notified by telephone as to when the videotape will be available for pickup, which should be within five (5) business days from the date of request. Videotapes will not be delivered or mailed. All Legislative meetings are copied in their entirety. Please check carefully for the correct date and the type of meeting requested, as we are not responsible for incorrect meeting type or dates.
