ReFresh Detroit! Program is aimed at revitalizing neighborhood commercial districts in the City of Detroit. The program is most noted for providing matching grants up to $15,000 to business owners in the ONCR districts for façade improvements to their commercial storefronts. The ONCR has completed 245 façade renovation projects to date and is directly responsible for improving the “look” of the commercial districts which complements the growing residential development. Businesses located in the following districts are eligible for facade grants.
