Public Invited to Comment on Building Department Fee Changes Feb. 26 New Fee Schedule for Right-of-Entry Permits Goes into Effect March 1
1/18/2013 – The public is invited to comment on fee schedule changes for permitting, inspections, surveys and registrations proposed by the City of Detroit Buildings, Safety Engineering & Environmental Department (BSEED).
The public hearing is scheduled for Feb. 26 at 10 a.m. in Room 408, 4th floor, Coleman A. Young Municipal Center, 2 Woodward Ave, Detroit, Michigan 48226. The public may present data, views and arguments relative to the proposed revisions to the fee schedule. Oral or written comments may be presented in person at the hearing.
Additionally, the Environmental Affairs Division is implementing a new fee schedule for Right-of-Entry (ROE) permits, effective March 1.
