Maternal Infant Health Program

The Maternal Infant Health Program is designed to improve the health and well being of pregnant women and infants. This program offers home visits from nurses, social workers, and nutritionists. The services include assessment, education, referral, and care coordination. The program is available to Medicaid eligible, pregnant women and families with infants from birth to one year living in Detroit.
