Adopt A Park

Together, we can create safe,
clean spaces where friends can
gather, children play and
neighborhoods can grow

Mayor Mike Duggan’s Adopt a Park program is back for another great season!

We are excited to welcome both returning partners and new adopters for this summer!

Adopt a Park is a program where community groups, churches, and businesses partner with the City of Detroit to help maintain city parks by cutting the grass and keeping the park clean.

The links on this page provide more information about the program. The partner packet is here, and we’ll post updates on the program and progress as the summer goes on.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the parks hotline at (313) 224-5555.

Thank you for helping us ensure that every neighborhood has a future.
