DWSD Customer Care Announcements:

DWSD CUSTOMER CARE POLICY

If you are requesting new service, moving to a new location within the city of Detroit or entering a new payment plan arrangement, please bring the required documents and be prepared to make a deposit as indicated in the DWSD Customer Care policy.

 

CUSTOMER CARE CENTERS TO OPEN HALF-HOUR LATER ON TRAINING DAYS

DWSD Customer Care specialists will participate in monthly staff development sessions from 8:00-8:30 a.m., which will cause a 30-minute delay in opening the doors of Customer Care Centers one day a month. On staff development days, Customer Care Centers will open for business at 8:30 a.m. Normal opening hours starting at 8 a.m. will resume the following day.

The scheduled dates are:
Monday, November 28, 2016, Downtown Customer Care, 735 Randolph, opens at 8:30 a.m.
Tuesday, November 29, 2016, Eastside Customer Care, 13303 E. McNichols, opens at 8:30 a.m.
Wednesday, November 30, 2016, Westside Customer Care, 15600 Grand River, opens at 8:30 a.m.
