You are eligible for CSHCS, if you are a Michigan resident, and have children ages 0 - 21 years with a qualifying medical condition. CSHCS is open to families at all income levels.

Eligibility

You may be eligible for WIC , if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, recently had a baby, or have children under age 5 and have nutritional need. You must also live in Michigan and meet income guidelines. If you are on Medicaid or food stamps (SNAP), you are income eligible.
