Healthy Start is a federally funded project designed to improve the health and well being of women,
infants, and families.
Healthy Start provides the following services;
- Outreach
- Case Management
- Health Education
- Interconception Care
- Perinatal Depression intervention
Who is Eligible:
Women of child bearing age, men and families with infants to 2 years
of age who live in the project area.
