Department of Administrative Hearings Ordinance - That persons delinquent in payment of fines, fees or costs imposed by the Department of Administrative Hearings are not eligible to apply for a building permit, a certificate of use or occupancy or variance, with exceptions.

Property Tax Exemptions for Police and Fire Employees - In response to a request from Council Member Ayers, the Legislative Policy Division (LPD) prepared the resolution urging the Michigan Legislature to enact a real property tax exemption for public safety personnel who maintain their principal residences in the City of Detroit.

Applying Hotel Tax to Airbnb - Resolution for the State Treasurer to enter into an agreement with Airbnb to collect hospitality taxes on short term rentals.

Contracts with Agencies Providing Services to Returning Citizens - Legislative Policy Division (LPD) identified agencies providing services for returning citizens that may also have contracts with the City of Detroit.

Secondary Street Name Resolution - Carl Levin - Resolution for the assignment of a secondary street name of Lafayette Street between St. Aubin Street and Beaubien Street to Carl Levin Street.
