Family Planning provides preventive and reproductive health care services to women and men at all DHWP 
Clinic locations. Family Planning also provides contraceptive supplies, education and counseling to people of all ages who are uninsured, under insured or have a low income.
PLAN FIRST
Is a FREE Family Planning Program for women. Who is eligible for PLAN FIRST
- Women age 19-44 years old
- Are not currently receiving Medicaid
- Have a social security number or have applied for one
- Meet monthly family income limits
- Are Michigan residents
- Are U.S. citizens or qualified immigrants
