51. The DPD shall ensure that personal hygiene items are made
available as needed. Available hygiene items should include: soap, toothbrushes, toothpaste, toilet paper, a comb, deodorant, and feminine hygiene products.
The DPD shall implement this provision within one month of the effective date of this Agreement.
