3/24/2010 - Mayor Bing Seeks Additional Residents and Community Organizations to Serve as Census Ambassadors - Census Walks Scheduled for March 27 and April 10
There’s still time for Detroit residents and members of community organizations to join in the effort to promote the 2010 Census. Mayor Dave Bing is seeking 1,000 individuals to serve as Detroit Counts ambassadors, who will encourage residents to fill out and mail back their Census forms. Volunteers will canvass neighborhoods during walks on:
