WHO:The
FREE H1N1 Flu Vaccine is now available to all Detroit residents.
WHAT:
The H1N1 Flu vaccine is FREE and available to residents. The injectable vaccine is available to anyone over the age of 6 months.
The vaccine may
be given at the same time as other vaccines, including seasonal
influenza vaccine.
WHEN/WHERE:
DHWP Community Clinics
DHWP will conduct H1N1 Flu clinics at the
following locations during these dates and times while supplies last:
- Herman Kiefer Health Complex- 1151 Taylor, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 9 am-3 pm; Wednesday from 10 am – 6 pm and Saturday from 11 am - 3 pm.
- Grace Ross Health Center- 14585 Greenfield Rd., Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 9 am-3 pm; Wednesday from 10 am – 6 pm
- Northeast Health Center- 5400 E. Seven Mile Rd., Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 9 am-3 pm; Wednesday from 10 am – 6 pm
