The following step-by-step instructions are intended to assist the applicant in properly completing the "Affidavit for the Issuance of Certificate of Compliance for Section 8 Rental Housing" form. The following requirements must be met:
(1) If property is Section 8, the "Application for Registration of Rental Housing" form must be submitted. See below for link to form.
(2) The inspection report from the Detroit Housing Commission.
(3) Current identification (driver's license, state-issued photo ID or passport).
