Homicide suspects Tony Anthony Hurd (27) and Rowmoto Rogers (33) are both in custody after turning themselves in to authorities. Both are connected to the January 21, 2008 triple shooting, in which a 15-year-old teen girl was killed while riding in a vehicle near the intersection near Wyoming and Fenkell on Detroit’s Westside.
On Wednesday April 2, 2008 Tony Anthony Hurd turned himself in to the department’s Central District and arraigned later that day on first degree murder charges. Rowmoto Rogers turned himself in on April 3, 2008. Rogers will be arraigned today on murder first degree murder charges as well.
Detroit Police announced earlier this week the arrest of the third suspect in this crime, Deandre Woolfolk (19). Woolfolk was charged with first degree murder and awaits a preliminary hearing later this month.
