Dewayne Binyard (23)

The Detroit Police Department is seeking assistance from the public in locating 23-year-old Dewayne Binyard, wanted for a double hooting that left one man dead and one man in critical condition. On March 2, 2008, around 4:00 a.m., two men (ages 22 and 23), were having a conversation inside of a restaurant, located in the 10000 block at West McNichols when Binyard overheard their marks which he did not agree with. Binyard briefly left the restaurant and returned to the location armed with a handgun. He opened fired, striking the two men and fled from the scene in a Mercury Sable. The vehicle has since been recovered, but Binyard remains at large.
