Detroit Police have arrested Alicia Yellow Fox-Hall, a 23-year-old Hamtramck woman in connection with the murder of Maria Carissimi a 20-year-old St. Clair Shores resident. Maria’s body was discovered April 3rd at approximately 8:40 a.m. in an wooded of Belle Isle. The suspect was arraigned Sunday on First Degree Murder charges. The investigation into this crime is ongoing.
