THE BID RESULTS WILL BE POSTED AT 10:00 am, EST., FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 6, 2009 at 65 Cadillac Square on the “2nd” floor.
Bid packages are available for pick-up at the property address on the date of inspection of that property.
The purchaser is required to close on the successfully bided property by MARCH 16, 2009. If the closing has not taken place by the deadline, the sale of the property will be canceled and all monies will be forfeited.
