To be considered, proposals (bids) must be received in the Welcome/Information Center, 2nd floor, 65 Cadillac Square, Detroit, MI 48226, before 2:00 p.m. EST. WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 26, 2008.
Bid packages are available for pick-up at the property address on the date of inspection of that property.
The purchaser is required to close on the successfully bided property by JANUARY 16, 2009. If the closing has not taken place by the deadline, the sale of the property will be canceled and all monies will be forfeited.
