City of Detroit Community Access Centers and 311 Call Center Close
Service Available at Four Recreation Centers
The City of Detroit Community Access Centers (CAC) and the 311 Call Center have closed effective June 30, 2012. Citizens with questions about City departments are directed to contact the appropriate department directly. For department contact information, click on Departments on the City's Web site. Services are now available to residents at four recreation centers: Patton, Williams, Butzel Family Center and Northwest Activities Center. In addition, City information and DDOT bus schedules will be posted at all recreation centers.
Residents may receive enhanced services and community information at the following recreation centers:

Hours of Operation:
Community services hours at the four recreation centers are Monday - Friday from 11 a.m. - 6 p.m. DDOT Bus Cards will be sold Monday - Thursday from 11 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., beginning July 9.
Residents can now receive the following services at the four recreation centers listed above. DDOT bus card/pass sales will begin on Monday, July 9.
