Code enforcement is a high priority for the City of Detroit. However, to ensure code compliance, we need citizens' help in alerting City officials to any code enforcement issues or problems in their area.
The Community Code Enforcement Guide was developed by the Community Access Centers to inform citizens about how to identify common code violations and report incidences to city officials. Citizens can also report any violations to the nearest CAC office or to any City official.
