The mission of The Property/Environmental Section is to provide high quality, informed, and timely advice; and to provide informed representation on environmental and real estate transactions, ownership, usage, and litigation issues. Such representation includes efficient support staff services.
The section consists of two units: the Property Unit and the Environmental Unit.
