REQUEST FOR RADIO SYSTEM MAINTENANCE FOR THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT
Sealed to provide Radio System Maintenance will be received by the City of Detroit, Finance Department, Purchasing Division, 1008 Coleman Young Municipal Center, Detroit, Michigan 48226 on or before 4:00 p.m., May 16, 2008.
Please be advised that the due date has been extended to due on or before 4:00 p.m., May 30, 2008 and recorded at 9:00 a.m. June 2, 2008.
Late proposals will be returned to the sender unopened.
There will be no Public Opening or Reading of the proposals.
All proposals submitted by 4:00 p.m., May 30, 2008, will be publicly recorded at 9:00 a.m. on June 2, 2008in the Finance Departments Purchasing Division -Room 1008 Coleman A. Young Municipal Center, Two Woodward Avenue, Detroit, MI. submitted will not be available for review. This will be the vendor’s opportunity to be informed as to what firms have submitted proposals in response to the RFP.

SPECIFICATIONS CAN BE EXAMINED AND QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS OBTAINED AT THIS OFFICE. THE CITY OF DETROIT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO WAIVE ANY IRREGULARITY IN ANY OR TO REJECT ANY OR ALL , SHOULD IT BE DEEMED FOR ITS BEST INTEREST.
