Notice is hereby given that the Detroit Workforce Development Department (DWDD), a Michigan Works! Agency, is revising its WIA Comprehensive Five-Year Local Plan in accordance with Michigan Department of Energy, Labor and Economic Growth guidelines. The plan will be available for public review in the offices of the DWDD at the address listed below during regular business hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Citizens are invited to review and comment on the plan by electronic mail or U.S. mail. Please mail comments to Robert Shimkoski,Manager I, Detroit Workforce Development Department, 707 W. Milwaukee, Detroit, MI 48202, or send comments by email to Rshimkoski@detroitmi.gov. The deadline for comments is June 12, 2010. Comments will be forwarded to the Michigan Department of Energy, Labor and Economic Growth.
