City of Detroit Reminds Residents of City's Snow Policy
 The City of Detroit Department of Public Works issues a reminder to
residents and businesses that they are responsible for maintaining
their sidewalks in a manner that makes it safe for persons to walk.
Snow removal services and property owners also are prohibited from
