The Detroit Department of Transportation (DDOT) will be hold public hearings to present upcoming service changes planned for April and June 2009.DDOT will hold public meetings to discuss the Spring/Summer service changes that will result in all routes currently serving Capitol Park being redirected to serve the Rosa Parks Transit Center.
