DETROIT CABLE GOVERNMENT AND EDUCATION CHANNELS UNDER CONSTRUCTION DURING MOVE TO NEW FACILITY Effective March 17, Government Access Channel 10 and Education Access Channel 22 will be off the air, while the Detroit Cable Communications Commission moves its broadcast operations to the Coleman A. Young Municipal Center. AT&T U-verse customers will not have access to the Government and Education Access Channels until the upgrade is completed. Comcast viewers will still be able to watch the daily City Council sessions at 7:30 p.m.
