The following are permit applications to provide for the installation, construction, maintenance, repair and/or operation of a telecommunications system within public ways, or to use public ways to provide telecommunications services in the City of Detroit. Ten copies of the application with all attachments and exhibits can be submitted with proper fees to the City of Detroit Cable Communications Commission offices to the attention of the Executive Director.
The applicant is responsible for reimbursing the City's costs of reviewing this application, whether or not a permit is approved and issued. Such reimbursement is not in lieu of the City receiving compensation for use of the Public Ways.
