Complaints About Comcast Service or Billing

If you have cable service or billing complaints, always contact Comcast FIRST at (313) 945 – 1111 or visit Comcast's Web site at www.comcast.net.

When speaking with a Comcast representative, always document the following:

  • Name and extension of the person you spoke with (also note if such request is denied)
  • Date and time of the conversation
  • Important helpful information for the resolution of your problem, such as outstanding bills, identical past problems, etc.

State how Comcast can resolve your problem.


Cable Commission Assistance

Cable subscribers with unresolved Comcast cable complaints may contact the Cable Commission at (313) 224-2100 for assistance from our customer service professionals.


Cable and/or video subscribers may also contact the Michigan Public Service Commission's Customer Intake Center at 1-800-292-9555, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
