LEGAL DOCUMENTS - the Charter-mandated listing
The
Legal Budget lists proposed revenues and expenditures by appropriation, for the 2007-08 budget. The
Closing Resolutions when approved by the City Council, provide the legal authority to support appropriations made for the period, including salaries, wages, employee benefits and pension requirements, along with other practices that will be required under the new budget.
