LEGAL BUDGET - The
Legal Budget is a Charter-mandated document that lists proposed revenues and expenditures by appropriation, for the 2008-09 budget. The
Closing Resolutions when approved by the City Council, provide the legal authority to support appropriations made for the period, including salaries, wages, employee benefits and pension requirements, along with other practices that will be required under the new budget.
